This setting at 4155 Cedar Street is what dream homes are made for...
Tall Pines - Good Road Frontage - Farm Setting & Surroundings
There is actually a 200+ acre farm that joins this property on one
side and all across the road. It truly is a beautiful setting on Cedar Street.
The home was built in 1955 and features 1,400 square feet of living space.
There are FOUR bedrooms and one bathroom (shower only).
There have been members of the family living in this home since it was built!
The heat source was wall heaters, but in recent years a gas furnace. There is
natural gas to the house. There is a window unit air conditioner located in living room.
The house still uses the original well. There is city water located on Cedar Street in
front of the house, but the family always said "why trade good free water for city water!"
The parcel of 2.9 acres has 305' of frontage on Cedar Street.
The depth of the longest boundary line is 753'.
The condition of the house is "Needs Repairs". Mr. England was living there and the
house technically can be occupied in its current state. The amount of improvements
and repairs to the house will be varied from one person to the next. You decide.
Note: There is a 10% Buyer's Premium added to the bid amount to determine the
final purchase price. There will be OPEN HOUSE opportunities to view inside
the house. [Dec. 31st & Jan. 4th - both at 12noon; Jan. 8th 1-3pm]
