Spicer Farm - A Williamson County Farmstead in the Making

This scenic farm property boasts 25.4 acres at the end of

Spicer Farm Drive - Fairview, TN (off Crow Cut Road).

The house was built with expanding and growth in mind:

There is 2,147 square feet on the main level, 2,000 sq ft

on the upper level and another 2,693 sq ft in the lower level.

This is 6,840 square feet of space under roof!

The house was custom designed and built in 2015.

Walk out the back of the home from either the living room

or primary suite onto a covered patio and then to the POOL!

Homesteading / Farmstead - Portions of the farm property

have been fenced for livestock.  The family has been raising

a variety of crops for their use in the large fenced garden area.

There is a Spring!  Nature provides this farm with best water

source, a year round freshwater spring.  The house is served

by public water, but a new well supplies the livestock

and garden watering needs.

Just recently a new workshop / Family-event barn was constructed

for grilling, chilling and game days!  Of course there are also work days.

The pool is kind of hard to explain to other farmstead types, but the family

does have two daughters (and they love the pool).

The main level features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, kitchen,

dining and living areas.  The upper level remains unfinished, but could

easily facilitate most creative designs a new owner will have in mind.

The lower level (basement level) has a large garage area and walk-out.

There is an abundance of storage for canned goods, provisions, seasonal

items or even the construction of a storm shelter or safe room.

The convenience of a central vacuum was installed during the time of

construction, as was a water filtration system.

Room Sizes:

Living Room - 19' x 12'

Kitchen - 12' x 12'

Primary Bedroom - 15' x 14'

Bedroom #2 - 12' x 11'

Bedroom #3 - 12' x 11'

The farm land... 25.4 acres.  The original Spicer Farm was subdivided

and this family selected this portion with the spring and mixture of pasture

and hardwoods. The back boundary line is almost 1,700' long and the

front boundary line is almost 1,900' long.  The driveway meanders its

way through scenic woods land to a central point on the farm

where the home proudly sits enjoying a southeasterly view.

The new Party Barn / Shop.. boasts 4,800 square feet under roof!

40x40 enclosed - 20 x 80 shed - 60 x 80 overall
There are (2) 12' x 14' doors, (3) 3’ man doors
a large 10' x 24' loft & a 8' x 10' bath started
