#1 - 2559 Nickells Valley Road - Brick Home on 1.5 acres

This parcel was surveyed and separated from the surrounding

farmland (to remain in the family).  The parcel measures 197' x 298'.

The house was built in 1957 and features 1,947 square feet of living

space.  This home has been very well-maintained.

The house was originally designed with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath,

but later addition added a second 3/4 bathroom as well as a multi-purpose room.

The living room was used as a 4th bedroom and office and a den with fireplace

became the family living space, featuring pine paneling harvested from the

family's property.  There is a basement / cellar / storm shelter measuring 35'x10'.

Behind the house, you will discover a very unique 1800's hand-hewn log cabin,

erected in the current location in 1980.  There are also storage buildings,

canned goods and tool storage buildings located behind the house.

The first building located behind the house has been called the

"Smokehouse" for decades by the family.

The house water supply is a spring.

The 2-car carport has provided not only cover for their vehicles, but

the prime location for cookouts and outside dinners for decades.

Newer metal roof and HVAC system have been added in recent years.

Room Sizes listed on the bidding site for this Lot #1.

The community of Coble is located a couple miles away, Centerville

less than 15 minutes and Interstate 40 approximately 10 minutes.

The convenience of new Hwy 50 within site of the home as well as

the beauty of the scenic surroundings...woods land and farmland

in abundance!

#2 - There is a separate parcel of vacant land - 3.3 acres on Lowes Bend Road,

boasting almost 1,200' of road frontage!  There once stood a house on

this parcel of land.  The deed calls for a spring on this parcel.  There is a

year-round spring branch flowing across this portion of the property.

With some tree removal and clearing, this property can easily host

your next dream home.  Electricity is on the property.
