The featured car of this estate auction, the 1964 Corvette Stingray, was purchased in 1979 from Tracy Performance in Michigan.  Larry and his friend took the ’64 Corvette to Vette Products of Michigan for the frame work.  The family states the Corvette has had a “frame off” restoration.  They also state the car has matching numbers (see photos).  The car is 95% complete.  The Corvette is a 327, 4 speed with 4:11 POSI traction rear end.  The wheels and rims are not original to the car. The mileage shown on the odometer is 56,580. After review by several knowledgeable Corvette collectors, we wish to add the following comments.

The following items on the ’64 Corvette do not appear to be original to the car: wheels & tires (no hubs or rims), alternator, carburetor (It is a Holley, but not the original), air cleaner, radiator (It’s new), radio and gas cap.
