The late K. Baker owned this property almost 35 years.  It was his dream to completely remodel the 1940 home.  In 2003, he built a very nice detached garage and upstairs "Man Cave" to store tools, equipment and provide a place to work while he remodeled the home.  Recently, he started a "Tiny House", which was to be his temporary residence while he finished the 1,720 square foot home on S. Maple Street.  Note: the "Tiny House" is selling SEPARATELY...it will NOT go with the lot on which it is currently located.  Selling separate from real estate as Bidding Lot #4.

PROCEDURE: The two separate parcels will be offered separately, and then together as a whole. "Multi-Par / Combo" - Multiple Parcels and in Combination.  The TINY HOUSE on the second lot will NOT be incluced with the real estate.  This building is selling separately.
DOWN PAYMENT: A 10% down payment of the total contract purchase price will be due immediately after being declared the buyer. The down payment may be paid in the form of personal check, business check, or cashier's check. The balance of the contract purchase price is due in cash at closing within 30 days.
YOUR BIDDING IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING.
ACCEPTANCE OF BID PRICES: The successful bidder will sign a purchase agreement immediately following the close of online bidding.
