Horn Tavern Springs supplied the City of Fairview with water from 1963 - 1991 furnishing over 100,000 gallons of water a day!  Horn Tavern Springs was named after the tavern that was located there, built in 1809 to provide food, drink and lodging to travelers on the road from Franklin to Charlotte.
Locals claim the Macon Spring once supplied MORE water than Horn Tavern Springs!  Macon Spring is located on the subject property.
Pasedena - One of middle Tennessee's first planned communities was a project of Franklin businessmen in 1889 called Pasedena.  The location of this project was around the Horn Tavern Springs area.  In 1915, the planned community was redrawn into 40 acre lots.

CLOSING: Closing shall take place 30 days after the contract has been fully executed, or as soon thereafter as applicable closing documents are completed.
POSSESSION: Possession will be given at closing - Date of Deed.
TITLE: Seller shall execute a proper deed (General Warranty Deed) conveying the real estate to the buyer(s). Property will be conveyed with good, clear title. Buyer has the option to purchase TITLE INSURANCE.
REAL ESTATE TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS: The current year taxes on said Property shall be prorated to the date of closing. There are no liens on this property and all taxes are paid current.
