7114 Deer Ridge Road - Fairview, TN
389' Road Frontage - 1.05 acre level parcel
Final Viewing - Tues - Jan. 11th -12pm
Built in 1948-49, this "Farmhouse", was the center of the family farm, which at that time consisted of this home, a smokehouse, garage, barns, pens, sheds, and several hundred acres! Just imagine a working farm with gardens, pigs, chickens and cattle. It was an active farm with a large family. My father was born and raised in this home. Yes, this is the Hudgins' family farm that dates back to the early 1900's. This house replaced the original home and was built in 1948.
The house is designed with most all living areas on the main level featuring two bedrooms on each side, a living room, den, dining and kitchen in the center of the home. There is an upstairs with two "bedroom" areas (my dad's bedroom was upstairs!). I am calling this house a 3 bedroom / 1 bath home, but there is room for a 4th bedroom.
The house still boasts of its original design and features including the original narrow board hardwood flooring, pine paneling in the living room, kitchen cabinets, trim and doors.
The 2-car garage was built in the mid to late 1970's and features 720 square feet.
The parcel is 1.05 acre in size with 389' of road frontage! Across the road from the house is the historic Triangle School (yes, my dad attended school here in the 1950's). Within site of the house is the Williamson County Recreation Center, Pool and Soccer fields...all within walking distance.
Stand in the front yard of this house and enjoy views of some of the most scenic properties in Fairview!
Room Sizes:

But should the new owner wish to be connected to city water, that is definitely available and ready to go. Electricity is Middle Tennessee Electric and there are options for high speed Internet access.
First Open House: Sunday, Dec. 19th 1-3pm
PRE-Auction offers will be considered.
This house is definitely "livable" in its current condition and has been occupied without interruption since it was built. There are always areas of improvement and this house could be a real "treasure" with some remodeling.
