Some of the most scenic, long distance hilltop views in the area are on this farm.  There are several scenic "Dream Home" building sites.  Bidders have the opportunity to bid on this beautiful southern middle Tennessee farm via online auction.

LOCATION: This farm is a HALF MILE to Carters Creek Pike in northern Maury County.  This location is as easy drive to I-840 (Hwy 246 exit at Burwood) and from there Leiper's Fork, Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville, etc.  The GM auto plant is nearby in Spring Hill.

The current owners have farmed this property and continue with their cattle.  The new owner will agree to provide the sellers with some time to sell and/or relocate their cattle.

There is a hard-bottom creek running along the front portion of this 164 acre farm property.  Both houses utilize the large spring located on the property.

House (799 Mahon Road) - The house with this address features 1,471 square feet of living space and boasts of 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.  The sellers have used this residence to rent to farm workers with their families.  To the east of this house, there is a large pond with mostly open pastures and tillable soils.

House (803 Mahon Road) - The house on this address features 2,248 square feet of living space and boasts of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  This house started as a log cabin (modern D-logs) which was enlarged and remodeled into the house it is today.
To the west of this house is the hilltop with the "Million Dollar View"...a truly scenic locale for your dream home in the future.  The large spring is located in front of this house.  Both houses share the spring.
There is also a large barn located behind both houses.
Other features include:
- Near one of the homes is a large greenhouse (96' x 30') and a 14 box raised bed garden.
- There are two ponds on the farm.
