I parked and walked this property and observed some gorgeous rock bluff outcroppings along the northern boundary above the old house (logs).  I noticed this old cabin was originally built with LOGS!  You can still see the logs; now they are mostly covered with lap siding on the front and sides.  PLEASE BE CAREFUL around this old cabin.  Do NOT Enter!  You will note the stairs are not stable and the condition of the cabin is beyond repair.  Just consider the reusable building materials.  AND there is an OLD BARN with plenty of quality vintage barn wood for your future projects! 

I envision the old log cabin removed with your new quaint "Cabin on the Creek" being constructed on that site.

There is electricity on the site.  The house used spring water from a neighboring property in the past.

The down payment may be paid in the form of personal check, business check, or cashier's check. The balance of the contract purchase price is due in cash at closing within 30 days.
